Meet Our Leader: Rish Sharma
I got my start in security the old-fashioned way: climbing ladders, wiring systems, and answering calls when alarms went off. Over the years, I helped grow our family business and learned what real trust looks like: showing up, solving problems, and standing by your word.
When we sold the company I saw how hard it can be to pass on something you’ve built with care. I started NextGen Live Security to make that transition better, one that protects people, preserves relationships, and builds on what already works.
